What to Expect:
This workshop is divided into two 3-day parts, each focusing on a different region of the body to maximize your healing.
Part 1 (Upper Body): In this section, we’ll focus on releasing tension, unblocking fascia, and restoring balance in the upper body—particularly the shoulders, neck, upper back, and arms. Through MyoFascial Bodywork and Forrest Yoga, you’ll address common upper-body pain syndromes like neck and shoulder tension, carpal tunnel, and upper back discomfort.
Part 2 (Lower Body): Building on the foundation from Part 1, this segment will target the lower body—hips, legs, and lower back. We’ll work on alleviating chronic tension and pain associated with lower back issues, sciatica, tight hips, and knee discomfort, using both bodywork and yoga to restore flexibility and strength.
