Online Movement Lab
Saturday-Wednesday-Friday
The goal of these practices are to:
Move our body, blood, and lymph
Unwind tension from our fascial system decreasing overall stress
Warm up our major joints
Move in relation to our body’s breathing
Breath in relation to our body’s movement
Identify our Compensation Patterns through heightened sensing
Strengthen weak pathways of weight & strength transference
Develop our senses of Proprioception and Interoception
Build Qi and a sense of lightness in body and movement
Develop our hands-on skills through self-massage
Challenge habitual movement patterns
These practices are more basic and physically “easier” than yoga. But they do require attention and focus on the subtleties of movement. Anyone can do these practices and you don’t even need a yoga mat. (:
