Bliss Bodywork MyoFascial Program is for EVERYBODY who wants to develop their Hand’s on Bodywork skills. The program is accredited by the NCBTMB for 20 CE’s.
The Basic Moves of Forrest Yoga are at the heart of healing. They can be seen as local actions that create unifying body-wide affects. They are foundational active points of reference for ourselves in our own practice and for “seeing” when we are looking at our students.
This is the official Anatomy Class for the 300 hour Forrest Yoga Teacher Training Program. This is an in-depth Anatomy course designed to teach Yoga and Movement Therapists the key principles to understanding the body and how to effectively “see” the Anatomy of our students.
The Forrest Yoga Mentorship Program is a year long continuing education for teachers to enhance their teaching, “seeing”, hands on assisting, and class sequencing skills. This self-development course is part of the Forrest Yoga 300/500 hour Teacher Training Program.
YogaBodyworkers Bliss Bodywork MyoFascial Program teaches you how to use your hands to help bring people into deep Blissfull states so that structural tensions diminish. This course is approved by the NCBTMB for 10 CE’s.

This class will be deep and highly therapeutic focused on connecting muscular chains to relieve pain, build strength, and establish healing support for old injuries or chronic pain. The Breath - Class 1
This first class in our on-line series focuses on theory, anatomy, bodywork and breathing techniques that highlight the importance of breath for both client and practitioners. Areas of focus include: how to read the body using breath, stay in the meditative zone, to let go, and perhaps most importantly as a guide to our effectiveness in the work.
